1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ArtificialPulse ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ArtificialPulse provides AI search visibility monitoring for marketing agencies. The Service queries third-party AI systems (including OpenAI ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini) to detect brand mentions and generate reports.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use it to represent more clients than your plan allows. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use ArtificialPulse to monitor AI search visibility for your clients. You may not use the Service to spam, scrape, or abuse third-party AI platforms, or to violate any applicable laws.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
7. Accuracy of Results
AI search results are inherently variable. ArtificialPulse provides visibility tracking based on queries made at specific points in time. Results may vary due to changes in AI models and their training data. We do not guarantee that AI systems will mention any particular brand.
8. Data and Privacy
We collect agency and client information to provide the Service. Client data you enter is processed to run AI queries and generate reports. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Limitation of Liability
ArtificialPulse is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
