1. What We Collect
- Account information: Email address, agency name when you sign up
- Client data: Brand names, domains, and keywords you enter for monitoring
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, scan results - collected via PostHog analytics
- Email addresses: If you use the free audit tool and choose to provide your email
- Billing data: Handled entirely by Paddle (our merchant of record) - we never see your card details. Paddle handles tax collection and compliance.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To run AI visibility scans and generate reports for your clients
- To send transactional emails (trial updates, weekly digests, report delivery)
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns
- To contact you about your account or respond to support requests
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
3. Data Sent to Third-Party AI
To run visibility scans, we send prompts to OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity, and Google (Gemini). These prompts contain the keywords and industry terms you configure - not personal information about your clients' end customers. Please review the privacy policies of these providers if you have concerns about prompt data.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS. Scan results, scores, and reports are retained for the duration of your account. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted upon request.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the product is used. You can opt out by blocking analytics in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@artificialpulse.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
