Add a client in 2 minutes

Enter the client's brand name, website domain, and up to 20 keywords they want to appear for in AI search. Optionally add up to 5 competitor brands to track alongside them.

ArtificialPulse uses the brand name and domain to construct detection logic - it knows to look for brand mentions across variations, abbreviations, and common alternative names.

Daily automated AI monitoring

Every night at 2am UTC, ArtificialPulse runs live queries for each client-keyword combination across all three AI platforms:

Each keyword is queried multiple times per platform to produce a statistically meaningful mention rate - not just a binary yes/no from a single query.

Scores computed and stored as trend data

After each scan, ArtificialPulse computes:

• Per-keyword mention rate for each platform (the % of queries where the brand was mentioned)
• Per-platform overall visibility score (ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Composite AI Visibility Score (0–100) - the weighted average across all platforms and keywords
• Competitor mention rates for the same queries

All scores are stored as daily time-series data. No snapshots. This is what powers the 30-day trend chart in the dashboard - you see exactly how visibility is changing over time.

Dashboard: all clients in one view

The agency dashboard shows all your clients with their current AI Visibility Score and 7-day trend. At a glance, you can see which clients are performing well, which are declining, and which need attention.

Clicking into any client shows the full breakdown: 30-day trend chart, per-platform scores, keyword-level performance table, competitor comparison chart, and recent scan activity.

One-click white-label report

Click "Generate report" for any client at any time. ArtificialPulse:

1. Compiles the visibility data for the report period
2. Generates AI-written executive commentary explaining the results in plain language
3. Includes prioritized recommended actions based on the data
4. Renders a professional report with your agency name and brand color
5. Provides a shareable link (no ArtificialPulse branding visible to clients)

For keywords where the client is invisible, click "Get content brief" to generate a specific content strategy — what to create, title suggestions, and where to publish.

You can also share a live client dashboard — a branded URL your client can bookmark. It shows their real-time AI visibility score, trends, and keyword breakdown without needing to log in.

Monthly reports also auto-generate on the 1st of each month if you have auto-reports enabled. You get an email with links to all client reports - ready to forward.
